Power Rangers Megaforce: Alternate Outline

Gosei’s “Legendary Keys” are revealed to be “Restoration Points” for a timeline that is constantly being erased by a cosmic entity known as the Void. The “Legendary War” is the Rangers’ attempt to “save” their history by fighting back against the erasure.

The finale features the Megaforce team realizing that they are the “Final Generation” of Rangers, and their purpose is to sacrifice their own history to restart the universe. The universe is reset, and the Rangers wake up as normal teens in a world where the “Power Rangers” were just a popular comic book, finally free from their destiny.
