Devastated by his failure to stop the nightmare scenario, Baku watches as the organization CODE attempts to intervene. Agents Five and Six are deployed to eliminate the threat, but they are suddenly intercepted by the rogue Kamen Rider Nox.

The battle takes a dark turn when Nox kills both agents, a sight that triggers a psychological break in Baku. This intense grief and anger cause him to awaken an absolute, unstable power that transforms him into the terrifying “Zeztz Catastrom” form.
